Terms & Conditions
Deposit: Your $500 deposit is applied to your balance and is refundable if, during our call, you decide the trip isn’t the right fit.
Processing Fees: All payments include a 3% processing fee and 3% transaction fee, which are non-refundable and will be added to the final balance.
Payment Plans Available: Flexible payment plans & financing options are offered and will be discussed during your connection call.
First-Come, First-Served: Rooms are reserved in the order deposits are received. Deposits are the only way to guarantee your spot.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel after confirming your spot, deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your onboarding form.
Travel Insurance: Strongly encouraged to protect your investment in case of flight delays, illness, or unexpected changes.
Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change without warning. Suitable alternatives will be provided.
